How to prepare your clothes before alterations?
Kindly ensure your pieces are freshly washed or dry-cleaned for a snug fit and to uphold cleanliness. We advise pre-washing new items to preclude any shrinkage post-alteration.
What alteration services do you offer?
We’re delighted to offer a broad range of services, from basic tweaks like hemming and adjusting seams to more intricate customisations such as resizing and revamping your cherished outfits.
How long do alterations take?
Typically, alterations are ready within a week to ten days. For those urgent needs, we provide a prompt service which can be discussed upon consultation.
What is your policy on alterations and returns if I’m not satisfied?
Your happiness is our top priority. If the alterations aren’t quite right, please bring the piece back within 7 Days, and we’ll make the necessary tweaks at no extra cost. If you are unable to return the piece within 7 Days, please contact us with a timeframe for the return.
Can I pop in or do I need an appointment?
Of course, we would love you to pop by the studio, our opening hours are 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). If you’re unable to make it between these hours get in touch and we’ll arrange an appointment early morning or late afternoon.
