Rebekka was fantastic. I messaged her about a pair of jeans I had, and in no time she responded and was able to help me out. She worked around my schedule, which I thought was amazing! Despite very short notice, Rebekka went out of her way to ensure that I had a suit jacket for an upcoming wedding.
I had previously taken the jacket elsewhere to be altered but they had done a terrible job. Rebekka therefore needed to undo what had already been done. She explained exactly what she would do and she took time to ensure the alterations were what I wanted.
I’m really pleased and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
I contacted Park Lane Alterations via WhatsApp messaging and received a polite swift reply. I had an old, trustworthy leather jacket whereby the lining had started to become unstiched in several places. I sent images via WhatsApp and was told to take the garment for repair on my chosen day and time. On my arrival, I was met by a lovely lady with an extremely professional manner. I was taken into the extremely professional sewing studio, and the jacket was examined. Several suggestions on how the repairs could be made were offered, a decision and repair timeframe were agreed upon, and after a great chit chat, I was on my way. I was kept updated via WhatsApp and returned shortly after to pick up the repaired jacket, once again extremely professional. The seamstress explained in detail how the repairs were made and ensured that I was happy with her work. I’m so grateful for Park Lane Alterations being able to fix my old leather jacket for such an affordable price and saving it from the clothes bank and live another day with me. One happy customer 😀

The curtains were altered in a timely manner, I held off with the review until they were in situ on their new poles so I could provide photos. They are the perfect length and beautifully altered, so neat they look great. Rebekka is knowledgeable about her craft and gave me good advice if I decided to try and take the creases from the fabric rather than letting them hang. I have decided to let them drop naturally following this advice. I would recommend Park Lane alterations every time for a friendly and professional service from a lady who settles for nothing less than perfection.

If I could have given more STARS I would have. Took a dress to be altered. Shoulders needed lifting and a dart put in the bust area. Rebecca was so professional. I went back twice for her to make sure it was right. She is a perfectionist. I was so pleased with her work. Also she is a lovely person. Very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Had to take some trousers for an alteration on short notice and Rebekka was fantastic. Talked through what was needed and a very quick turn around. If I need anything else altered I will definitely be going back
